Aston At The Whaler On Kaanapali Beach Aparthotel Lahaina, Lahaina

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are equipped with beautiful kitchen amenities and offer a lovely view from the terrace. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed were exceptional. While it's a timeshare, so amenities may vary, the rooms are ridiculously well-equipped, making for a delightful stay where you can prepare meals in-room. The surrounding dining options were a bit limited, but the convenience of self-catering adds to the value.

I absolutely loved the hotel's amazing location, right next to the beach and with easy access to Whaler Village. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although our ocean view mainly overlooked the roof of a shopping mall. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made sure our room was always clean and welcoming.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the room wasn't ready until 4:00 pm, overlooking Whaler's Village, it was indeed clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with a full kitchen for convenience. The service was welcoming, with an 'aloha' spirit, but some issues should have been addressed earlier to avoid inconvenience. The location was ideal for accessing Whaler's Village and other attractions on Maui, right next to the beach, but lacking a bar or restaurant. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were generally good.

The hotel was much better situated for our needs, offering a spacious room with a king bed and a sofa bed. It could use some minor repairs and a little more attention to cleaning in the rooms. The service was very friendly and accommodating, even providing local information about activities. The location is excellent, right on the beach with stunning secluded beaches nearby. The dining options are limited if you prefer to eat out, but there is fresh cheese bread available on the property.
